Clayton Church Homes was proud to celebrate the Official Opening of the $6m Prospect Redevelopment on Sunday, 15 October 2017, attended by over 80
guests including Prospect residents and their families.
The redevelopment resulted in 60 single rooms with ensuite facilities, additional communal areas, new hairdresser salon and a refurbished Head Office for Clayton Church Homes.
Overall, the build went very smoothly with only a few weeks’ delay in expected completion date due to inclement weather.
The Pastoral Care team were an integral component of the redevelopment providing an additional level of support and comfort, over and above the care staff, to residents and their families who may have been inconvenienced with the redevelopment occurring around them.
The creation of a facility with exclusive single rooms continues to encourage demand for the high quality rooms and a waiting list has quickly developed.
The redevelopment provided an opportunity for promotion of the rebranding of Clayton Church Homes to reflect a contemporary and inviting presence.
