Services & Benefits

Home Maintenance

  • In-house maintenance team for property-related issues
  • Various qualified and vetted contractors to undertake annual servicing (pest control, gutter cleaning, air-conditioning servicing, etc.)
  • Repairs and replacement of fittings and fixtures managed by CCH (eg. if your hot water system or air-conditioner breaks down, you will not need to cover the cost of replacement)
  • After-hours on-call system; emergency maintenance issues may be reported 24 hours 7 days per week
  • Simple job request system via a phone/tablet app or online, or directly by phone

Grounds Maintenance

  • In-house grounds maintenance personnel service all CCH sites
  • Full maintenance services available upon request for no additional cost
  • Staff can assist you with small projects or certain aspects of maintenance such as weeding.

Home Care

  • All CCH retirement residents may access our Home Care program. More information is available on the Home Care page

Preferential Placement in Residential Aged Care

  • Priority access to those with increased care needs beyond what our Home Care Program can offer. Our staff can assist with preferential placement in one of our Residential Aged Care Facilities across metropolitan Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills


  • Some CCH retirement villages are set up as gated communities, with security and/or intercom access
  • All CCH retirement villages are provided with overnight security patrols throughout the night, with any suspicious behaviour investigated and reported to CCH Management immediately

Use of Facilities and Services at Co-located sites

  • For retirement villages co-located with residential care facilities, residents can enjoy use of facilities and services such as catering, cleaning and hairdressing

Solar power

  • A number of our sites have access to solar power


  • Our villages offer a strong sense of community, from group dinners to Friday Night drinks events. You can be involved as much or as little as you wish.
