What’s involved
We would love your help with activities such as:
- Walking group, chair exercises, low impact routines
- Board games, Bingo, carpet bowls and Wheel of Fortune
- Cooking sessions
- Men’s Club
- Craft, knitting and sewing
- Church services
- Cafe assistance
- One-to-one companionship

New volunteers receive a full induction into the Lifestyle or Pastoral Care Programs including onsite training, Accreditation requirements and Code of Conduct.
