Clayton Church Homes is pleased to announce our agreement with Adelaide Hills Council to take over operation of its retirement villages in the Hills region.
As we already have a presence in the Adelaide hills with Uraidla Village and our Residential Aged Care Service, Summerhill in Uraidla, we have an understanding of the special needs of residents in country and semi-rural environments.
It will be business as usual for the residents, with no changes to their agreements, services or routines. However we will look forward to providing further opportunities for improvement as we take over as operator.
Adelaide Hills Council Mayor, Bill Spragg, said the Council is committed to supporting older Hills residents and firmly believes Clayton Church Homes is best placed to serve the needs of village residents now and into the future.
“We undertook an extensive review which included consultation with residents regarding their needs, and I am confident Clayton Church Homes will provide residents with more opportunity for improvement and growth in the future, especially given they are already successfully operating retirement living and aged care facilities in the Hills.” said Mayor Spragg.
Our CEO, Nino DiSisto, has assured residents they will experience stability, continuity and opportunity for improvement with Clayton Church Homes operating their villages.

Seven independent living two bedroom units - Crafers (Crafers War Memorial Cottages) | 2 Station Street, Crafers
Six independent living two bedroom units - Gumeracha | 5 Albert Street, Gumeracha
14 independent living one bedroom units - Lobethal | 3 Jeffrey Street, Lobethal
14 independent living one bedroom units - Woodside | 11 Nairne Road, Woodside
16 independent living one or two bedroom units
