Dear CCH residents and members

You are invited to express your interest in becoming a member of the CCH Aged Services Advisory Body.

The purpose of the Aged Services Advisory Body is for you to provide your feedback and suggestions about how CCH can best support you or your loved one’s safety, health, and wellbeing.

Your feedback will then inform the CCH Board to make decisions and improvements in relation to the quality of CCH’s aged care services.
