Nicolle Rantanen

Nicolle is an experienced Executive in the public and private sectors (currently CEO of the Public Trustee), with qualifications in commercial law, accounting and business. Nicolle has extensive experience as a Non-Executive Director on numerous Boards, with expertise experience in finance, audit, governance, risk and internal control management.

Paul Santinon

Paul is a highly accomplished and experienced executive with a proven track record of financial excellence and strategic leadership across a variety of sectors. With more than 20 years’ experience in finance management in Australia and overseas, Paul is currently Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for ASX listed property development and investment company Axiom Properties Limited, as well as serving as a non-executive director across a number of not-for-profit and for-profit boards.

Rod Buchecker
