Please note that our Onkaparinga Valley site in Woodside has not been directly affected by bushfires in the surrounding areas.
Whilst there is currently disruption to the power supply in the area, back up generators are in operation to ensure that essential services are continuing to be provided to residents.
Executive and Senior Management personnel have been onsite throughout the day and will continue to be over the next few days to ensure operations remain unaffected.
CCH Admin personnel have also made best endeavours to contact ILU Residents and their families. Whilst some residents have had to evacuate villages in Lobethal, Woodside and Gumeracha, we are of the understanding that all are safe and that no damage has occurred at the villages.
For those requiring any assistance in the coming days, please contact the usual Property Team contact numbers as staff will still be happy to assist whilst off duty.
