Planning a visit to a Clayton Church Homes Residential Aged Care Home?

COVID-19 still continues to circulate in the community. When visiting our Residential Aged Care Homes, we ask that you:

  • Still sign in and out using the visitors book.
  • Not visit the home if you have cold or flu symptoms, such as new or increased cough, sore throat, temperature and/or tiredness, and to not visit until these symptoms have resolved.
  • Not visit the Home if you have tested positive for COVID-19 for 7 days or until symptoms have resolved.
  • Strongly consider not visiting the Home for 7 days if you have been in close contact (ie: partner, living in same household) with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19.
  • Follow directions given by the Home during an outbreak.
  • Use the alcohol hand dispensers located around the Home to regularly sanitise your hands.

In line with the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI), CCH offers 6 monthly, onsite COVID-19 vaccination clinics to Residents and continue to encourage Residents to participate in these clinics.
