Clayton Residential Aged Care Service is a modern facility housing 61 high care residents at 156 Main North Road, Prospect.
The facility offers 41 single and 10 double rooms, all with ensuite facilities and a view to either internal atrium gardens or external gardens.
In February 2000, 49 residents were transferred from Norwood to this modern facility. In May 2008 a 12 room extension was opened to increase resident numbers to 61.
The facility provides dining and activity areas, several smaller lounge rooms, a private dining room that can be booked for special occasions and a hairdressing service.
Located on busy Main North Road, the facility offers a quiet, homely atmosphere with adequate off street parking for families and visitors.
Admission to the facility is via completion of the Admission Package, along with a current Aged Care Assessment (ACAT) form that must be provided for inclusion on our waiting list.
Prospective residents can view the facility by contacting the Site Co-ordinator to arrange a suitable appointment date and time.
