Clayton Church Homes – Elizabeth Park
Located at 30 Shillabeer Road, Elizabeth Park, Park Village was opened in October 1997 to provide low care services to 40 residents.
In March 2008, a 20 bed secure dementia unit was opened and extended care services to our current compliment of 60 residents.
Accommodation is provided in 5 separate areas comprising all single rooms with ensuite facilities. All rooms have external access to landscaped gardens, with each accommodation unit offering servery dining facilities and a lounge area.
A small shop, spa room, hairdressing service, communal dining room, activities, lounge and administration facilities are provided within the main entrance building.
Off street car parking facilities are provided for family and visitors.
Included within our compliment of 60 beds we offer 2 respite rooms.
Respite accommodation is short term care provided to assist both the individual care recipients and their family.
Admission to Park Village as either a permanent or respite resident requires completion of an Admission Package and the prospective resident must have a current Aged Care Assessment (ACAT) form.
