Clayton Church Homes – Elizabeth Park

Park Village is situated at 30 Shillabeer Road , Elizabeth Park.

Opened in October 1997, Park Village provides low level care to 40 residents.

Comprising 4 residential houses, all with individual single rooms offering en suite bathrooms and access onto a small private patio area surrounded by landscaped gardens. A dining and lounge area is located in all 4 houses.

A small shop, spa room, hair dressing service, dining, lounge, activities and administration facilities are provided in a separate building that also provides the main entrance to the facility.

Admission to this facility as either a permanent or respite resident requires the completion of an application package and a current Aged Care Assessment (ACAT) form. Receipt of the application package and ACAT form will see the prospective residents name placed on our current waiting list.

Clayton Church Homes was successful in gaining an additional 20 places in the 2005 ACAR bed allocation round and as a result is currently planning this development.

The allocation comprises 5 high care and 15 low care dementia specific places with completion due early 2008. Once completed the number of places available at Park Village will increase to 60.
