Residential Aged Care

Clayton Church Homes provides high and low permanent residential aged care and short-term respite accommodation at four locations within metropolitan Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills.

The ongoing support of family and friends is integral to health and happiness and visitors are always welcome within our facilities.

We provide plenty of comfortable and welcoming areas for family and friends to gather with their loved ones.

Short-term respite care

Our respite care services allow you to gain an insight into residential aged care or simply enjoy short-term accommodation to give your regular care giver (often family) a break. Our dedicated staff provide daily clinical, emotional and pastoral support, including allied health services, according to your individual care needs.

Join our family

To enter our residential aged care facilities, you will need an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) assessment to indicate your eligibility for accessing residential aged care or respite care accommodation.

If you have not had an assessment, please refer to the My Aged Care website.

Moving into residential aged care involves considerable change for you and your family, and we are committed to ensuring every individual joining our family feels safe, respected and welcomed.

If you are not ready for admission into residential care, you may choose to join our waiting lists which are maintained by our Admissions Officer for each location.
